Define: Performance Racing Aluminum Hubcentric Wheel Spacers

Wheel spacers defiantly offer a more balanced look on the car as the wheels get pushed out to the edge of the fender. The only downfall to wheel spacers is some bolt security. With the spacers in place the lug nuts do not screw on as deep on the bolt which could cause some safety issues. To make sure this does not happen the best defense is purchasing extended wheel studs. The extended wheel studs ensure that the lug nuts get their full thread capacity with the spacers in place.

When you lower our car the wheels tend to "suck in" to the fender wells (due to camber). Giving the wheels a much higher offset appearence. This to many people looks UGLY. Which is why most go with a lower offest wheel to make the wheel face sit flush with the fender. For those of us not wanting to waste thousands of dollars on aftermarket wheels but want the same performance, we use wheel spacers.

Each Wheel Spacers kit usually consists of a pair of aluminium spacers and pack of extension studs - these simply screw into the existing mounting holes, and then the spacer fits over. The original wheel bolts are then used to screw the wheel into the newly mounted extension studs. Available in a range of thread variations to suit most applications.
